Service Protection Report
also known as a Sewer Pegout Report is a report that provides important information about the sewerage, potable water or stormwater infrastructure on a property.
A Sewer Pegout enables the accurate location, depth and plotting of Sydney Water assets onto your building plans by your engineer/ architect which will then determine if your proposed structure is within the Zone of Influence (ZOI) of the Sydney Water asset.
If you are building within the zone of influence of the Sydney Water asset, then your Water Servicing Coordinator (WSC), can advise on the special Sydney Water requirements. If you are building within 900mm from the edge of the sewer main, then sewer concrete encasement will most likely apply.
Sewer Concrete encasement
At Evenflow Sydney, we specialise in providing high-quality sewer solutions in line with Sydney Water requirements, including concrete encasement of sewer pipes. Concrete encasement is often necessary where sewer pipes run close to building footings, under structures, or through unstable soils, as it reinforces and protects the pipe from movement, pressure, and damage. Our experienced team ensures that all encasement work is carried out to the highest standards and fully complies with Sydney Water specifications. With a strong focus on precision, safety, and compliance, Evenflow Sydney delivers reliable sewer infrastructure services across the Greater Sydney region.
Fire Systems
We excel in the construction and installation of water fire hydrant systems that meet Sydney Water and Australian Standards. These systems are essential for providing reliable access to water in the event of a fire, and we ensure each hydrant is strategically placed, fully functional, and compliant with all regulatory requirements. Our team handles every aspect of the process—from excavation to pipework, valve installation, and pressure testing—ensuring quality and safety at every stage. Whether it’s for new developments, upgrades, or infrastructure projects, Evenflow Sydney delivers dependable fire
Mains to meter
We deliver expert mains to meter installations, ensuring full compliance with Sydney Water’s requirements. According to Sydney Water, every property connected to their water services must have a water meter installed by a licensed plumber. The connection from the water main to the meter—known as the property service—is owned by the property owner but maintained by Sydney Water under the Customer Contract. Our team ensures that all installations adhere to Sydney Water’s Water Meter Installation Guide, which outlines specifications for meter placement, spacing, and accessibility to facilitate future maintenance and accurate readings. We handle every aspect of the process—from excavation and pipework to valve installation and pressure testing—ensuring quality and safety at every stage. Hydrant solutions built to perform in critical situations.

Our staff are fully trained and equipped with the latest safety gear and undergo regular safety briefings to ensure every project is carried out with minimal risk. From detailed site assessments to the implementation of tailored safety plans, we take a proactive approach to identifying and managing hazards. At Evenflow Sydney, we believe that no job is successful unless it’s completed safely.
